A Look at External Hard Drive for PS4

Is it time for a PS4 Pro slim hard drive upgrade?  For those of you who decided to buy the PS4 Pro Slim with 4GB of internal non removable memory it may be time to upgrade your hard drive.  Luckily for you there are many options to choose from.  You have five sizes of of hard drives to choose from and among those five two are Microsoft approved.  



The remaining hard drives are generic but still work quite fine with the PS4 Pro slim.  Microsoft sells a 250GB hard drive and a 320GB hard drive. For many gamers a PS4 Pro slim hard drive upgrade can be quite a challenge because they decide to purchase a generic hard drive over a Microsoft approved hard drive and as a result have trouble formatting it.  If you aren’t technically savvy it may be worthwhile to spend a few extra bucks on a Microsoft hard drive to avoid the hassles of configuring a generic one.  Either way you can get it to work it’s just that buying a generic drive is bound to take time to configure.
